Time is tracked on all tasks completed against the retainer / bundle purchased and is rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes. At the end of each month, I will send you an itemised report showing how your hours were used. Retainers and bundles include work on the tasks themselves and all client interaction, are payable in advance of the work commencing and are non-refundable. These retainer packages and bundles only cover admin and business support services; for specialist skills like website content creation and management, email marketing, copywriting, proof-reading and editing, please get in touch for a personalised quote. Stationery, postage, travel expenses and any other associated costs will be charged separately.
